Some of our users have reported that when attempting to connect their QuickBooks Online account to Parakeeto, they're met with this message:
This is generally an indication that the account you're using to log into QuickBooks to authorize the connection does not have administrator permissions in QuickBooks.
In order to solve this, you must do one of two things:
- Have someone who is an administrator in that QuickBooks online account join Parakeeto, and connect QuickBooks. Here's an article on how to do that.
- Have someone who is an administrator in that QuickBooks account grant you administrator privileges in QuickBooks.
