If you've added an employee to QuickBooks but are not seeing them in Parakeeto, you can follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.

Step 1: Ensure the employee has a valid email address associated to them in QuickBooks Online.

Parakeeto can only sync employees that have a valid email address in Quickbooks.

To verify this:

  1. Go to your QuickBooks account.
  2. Click on Workers > Employees

3. Select the employee that is now showing up, click on "Edit" 


4. Make sure their email address is complete and accurate.


5. Click "Save"

Step 2: Manually Refresh QBO Information in Parakeeto. 

To manually force a refresh QuickBooks data in Prakeeto go to:

Workforce > Employees

Click on the menu in the top right corner and select "Force QBO Refresh" 

** Although it usually happens quickly, it may take several minutes for QBO to update this information so our API can pull it into Parakeeto. In some cases, it can take up to 40 minutes.
